Inventory FAQ
Count each computer only ONCE.
Career Tech computers DO go on this inventory.
Music computers do NOT go on this inventory.
ESL computers do NOT go on this inventory.
SPE equipment issued by their office (including but not limited to 2Teach) and VMath labs do NOT go on this inventory.
Computers more than 60 months old DO NOT enter into ANY totals on this inventory.
Yellow cells should match, Orange cells should match, Blue cells should match.
Count rolling labs as Computer Labs.
Computer models are listed by age on Sharepoint.
x100e and x120e are considered Netbooks.

SWAP RULES:
1. Equipment transfer sheet (see Forms Room, Business Forms, Equipment & Furniture Transfer) must be filled out and sent to Clyce Orso corso@mcpss.com for any transfer.
2. Equipment may only transfer from Title School to Title School or from non-Title to non-Title.
ALL schools will be Title beginning with the 2012-2013 school year.
3. Please take your name and equipment OFF the list once it has been transferred.
